Yes, absolutely. Phone photos work well. For the best results, we recommend scanned or digital documents, because photos can sometimes come out blurry.

You can upload up to 50 files in one batch, and run as many batches as you need. There is no limit on how many documents you can process in total.

Yes. It reads every page.

Yes. You choose how the PDF should be read:

• Mode 1: Each page is one document.
• Mode 2: The whole PDF is one document.
• Mode 3: One page has several documents (for example, 2 or 3 receipts scanned onto one page). The AI finds each one and reads them separately.

For clean, well-structured digital documents, accuracy is 95% to 100%. For handwritten notes, it is usually 75% to 90%. The AI sees the document the same way you do, so the neater the handwriting, the higher the accuracy.

Yes. We can also give the AI extra instructions for your specific document types, so it reads them even more accurately.

Yes. It reads English, Malay, Chinese and many other languages.

Absolutely. That is how it is designed. Upload a batch of 10 to 40 documents and let the AI scan them in the background while you get on with more important work. You will be notified when it is done, and you can review them whenever you are ready.

Absolutely. We set this up for you, so supplier items are matched to your own item codes automatically, even when the codes are completely different. Matching is based on the item description or any other details you give us.

Any accounting software that supports API integration, including AutoCount, SQL Accounting, Xero and QuickBooks.

Yes. We prepare your data in your software's import format, so you just import the file. This is the method we recommend when integration is not available, and it is still much faster than manual data entry.

It depends on the type of document.

• For items with an item code: The account code follows the item. Your accounting software already links each item to an account. Once the item code is filled in, the correct account code comes with it automatically.
• For expense bills (like petrol, electricity or phone bills): These usually have no item code. During setup, we link each supplier to its default account, for example Shell to Petrol and TNB to Electricity. After that, every bill from that supplier gets the correct account code automatically. You can still change it on the review screen before posting.

Yes, absolutely. We can even customise the Excel template to match your format.

Usually 10 to 30 seconds, depending on how much content the document has.

Yes. Your system is set up for your company only, and only your team can log in. You control who sees what through roles and permissions. Your documents are sent to our AI engine only to be read and extracted, and are not used for anything else.
