3. Your Part in the Process

To keep things moving smoothly, we ask that you:

• Provide accurate and complete information for your project
• Respond promptly to questions and requests for approval
• Only share content or materials you have the legal right to use

4. Payments

• Payment terms are agreed upon before we begin
• A deposit is usually required before project kick-off
• Late payments may delay delivery

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

• You own the final customised deliverables once full payment is made
• We retain rights to our internal tools, frameworks, and reusable code
• Any third-party or open-source components remain under their original licences

6. No Guarantees Beyond Scope

We promise to deliver what's in our agreed specifications, but we can't guarantee that the system will fit needs outside that scope or be 100% error-free.

7. Third-Party Platforms

If your project uses tools like Bubble.io, n8n, or other providers, we're not responsible for changes, downtime, or limitations in those platforms.

8. Ending the Project

Either party can end the project in writing if the other breaks these terms. Work done up to that point will still be billed.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, with disputes handled in Malaysian courts.
